1. Who we are

Form is a fitness planning service operated by Axion Labs Ltd. Our website is form.getaxionlabs.com. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@axionlabs.com.

2. What data we collect

When you use Form, we may collect:

• Quiz answers — your fitness profile (gender, goals, experience, age range, height range, weight range, equipment, physical considerations). These are used solely to generate your plan and are not stored on our servers.
• Email address — if you provide it before subscribing, it is used to pre-fill the Stripe payment form and may be used to send you a copy of your plan.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment details.
• Usage data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited). Retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.

3. How we use your data

• To generate and display your personalised fitness plan
• To process your subscription payment via Stripe
• To send you your plan by email (if provided)
• To improve the service

4. Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (to provide the service you requested) and legitimate interests (improving our service, fraud prevention).

5. Data sharing

We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic — AI plan generation. Your fitness profile is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your plan. No personally identifiable information (name, email, exact location) is included.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery

We do not sell your data.

6. Data retention

Your fitness profile and generated plan are processed in real time and not stored on our servers beyond the session. Email addresses are retained only as long as necessary to deliver your plan.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email hello@axionlabs.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

8. Cookies

We use localStorage (not cookies) to remember your subscription status. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date.
